Zoom meetings are really beneficial. My certification is not recognized at my current job even though we are a free standing GI center. There is no encouragement to attend GI seminars. Thank you so much for providing these seminars. This has been the best GI seminar I have attended in years.
This was one of the best conferences…loved all the presenters. Nice touch to have a self care one for mental health! Experienced no problems with Virtual. Thank you for offering both in person and virtual!!

Thanks for offering this conference virtually for us who can't travel or take days off, we appreciate our a lot
I really enjoy the education from these conferences to keep my GI knowledge current. I always take away something new, like this year the motility testing was the most exciting for me. I used to see my patients referred for motility testing and knew why and their conditions, but I never knew exactly how they did the testing.
I do wish SGNA offered certificates for medical assistants and not just RN's and endotechs. I appreciate being able to attend these very educational and informative conferences.
Is there a review class for the GI technician scope reprocessing certification? I know our techs are intimidated about the test. (Love this one, what a great opportunity for our region to provide something like this, Cathy)

Well done. As i stated in the chat portion, the ‘check in’s ‘ for the course while I listened on my phone were hard to see because the phone screen. Would have been nice to get some kind of verbal heads up.

LOVED Saturday Conference!! Thank you for the virtual option! Thank you for the awesome specialty subjects- all of the presenters and presentations were absolutely wonderful!! Robbin's talk on self-care was so onpoint! It would be helpful for when taking attendance, if maybe it can be announced in between speakers- i can either have the chat up or i can have the conference speaker page up- but not at the same time, so it was craziness for me trying to make sure Im not missing the attendance posts while trying to watch the presentation slides.
I loved all of the topics and found each one engaging and relevant to my practice. I enjoyed the interaction on line with fellow colleagues and exchange of ideas.
Continue virtual conferences at least once a year.

My suggestion is virtual conference in fall and hybrid conference in spring. The virtual component at both conferences is a must as it has proven to have a high attendance rate and reaches people unable to attend in person. The suggestion for the fall to be all virtual will allow people to attend and get hours needed possibly before certifications expiring in December while making it convenient at a busy time of year. Would also possibly encourage more people to host the in person event since that need would only be once per year. Would allow us to provide increased scholarships during the total virtual conference due to money saved from in person event.
This was my first SGNA conference and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! I am looking forward to the next one!
Once a year review. None of my coworkers are really interested in being certified.

The CGRN review course I didn’t take before my test but I did take it this year for credits and felt it was hands down the best course and Kelly provides a wealth of information as well as maintains your interest and is a phenomenal teacher! I have suggested this course to many nurses as I travel my region for Olympus. I often share this chapter as your educational offerings are second to none. You help take care of your nurses and associates….Thank you.

I took the review course in spring and took my exam a few months after and believe the review was very helpful in me passing my CGRN exam. I look forward to taking it again just as refresher. Kelly is wonderful and very knowledgeable!

Would love to see topics about medication treatments affect on gi tract (glps, supplements etc? (Love this idea, Cathy)
